**IS Strategic Partnerships Lead**:**

In this role you will manage, direct and influence activities resulting from strategic, transformation initiatives impacting IS. You will manages key strategic partner relationships by creating a collaborative environment that integrates well with our IS Strategies and creates a mutually beneficial environment.

IS Manager
**Your responsibilities**:
- Grow, evolve and manage Strategic Partnerships in ABB IS
- Nomination of Partners in agreement with leadership. Understand Partner Strategies and ABB Strategies and align, direct and integrate
- Design and maintain processes and tools to underpin IS change initiatives and transformations, including processes for identifying needs, creating solutions and implementing them
- Clearly understand the link between the Strategic Partners and Strategic Pillars and help develop strategic content
- Embed Business Area and Pillar Strategies in ABB IS
- Partner with senior executives (like IS Corporate and GBS Functions Leads, Business CIOs, HR, etc.) and ensure that IS-wide alignment is secured keeping a holistic view
- Manage and lead a (virtual) team of highly effective IS professionals in a cross-cultural environment, demonstrating consumer centricity, proactive attitude, and a continuous improvement mindset
**Your background**:
- Approx. 10 years of work experience in an international environment, ideally in people related change and exposure to projects/transformations
- 5 years of expertise in IS with change management tools and project lifecycle phases
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, Engineering or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Outstanding stakeholder engagement and expectation management skills, proven ability to work effectively with all organizational levels. Customer focused.
- Excellent understanding of executive and management demands
- Proactive, innovation-driven and ability to think out of the box: Positive ‘can do’ attitude, passionate and able to show commitment and to inspire others
- Flexible and adaptable independent self-starter with an ability to work under ambiguous conditions
- Fluent in English (spoken and written), additional languages are an asset
