As Continual Service Improvement (CSI) Effectiveness Leas you will provide assurance & drive the effective usage of CSI practice and delivering the intended business benefits & outcomes from strategic CSI portfolio’s within IS.

**This position reports to**:
IS Continual Service Improvement Manager

**Your responsibilities**:

- Orchestrate the delivery of Continual Service Improvement Framework operational activities.
- Ensures process operational stability and adherence to target metrics.
- Track, monitor & report CSI Portfolio performance.
- Improve effectiveness & strengthen the culture of the CSI practice across the organization.
- Drive CSI process maturity, implementation and adoption of the CSI process across ABB IS.
- Synchronizes with CSI Portfolio Owners in developing, aligning & communicating Portfolio objectives with IS Service Owners.
- Aligns, prepares, plans & governs activities, enable IS Services deliver business goals & portfolio results.
- Owns, improves, governs, manages and report Race2Care or similar Reward & Recognition process outcomes.

**Your background**:

- 5 years of experience in IS in change management and Continual service improvement within global environments
- Solid knowledge and track record of successful CSI implementations into a global or regional environment with solid understanding of Change Management
- ITIL 4 foundation certification
- Knowledge of process management, ITIL methodologies, tools, and techniques
- SIAM certification is a plus
- Lean Six Sigma Green or Yellow belt (or at least a yellow belt)
- A collaborative, solution-focused approach and strong written and spoken communication skills.
- A Bachelor’s Degree/Master in Computer Science or a related discipline.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken
