The IS Continuous Improvement Office Manager drives a continuous improvement culture across IS and owns the portfolio of short-, medium
- and long-term initiatives aiming to simplify, optimize, and automate services, processes, and products to increase consumer experience, consumer productivity, cost optimization and process efficiency. The IS Continuous Improvement Office Manager is responsible for the cultural transformation and change management towards continuous improvement culture that ensure significant cost savings and increase consumer productivity and effectiveness. This is a hands-on role that requires close involvement both on a transactional level, as well as on a strategic level, and works with all levels of the organization.
**Your responsibilities**:
- Sets up and manages the Continuous Improvement Office, consisting of end-to-end portfolio management of consumer-focused improvement actions. The activity of the Continuous Improvement Office includes: Design of short-, medium
- and long-term ac-tion plans. Execution of strategic priorities & major corrective actions. Management of business-led investment portfolio
- Leverages the ITIL 7 step improvement process aiming to simplify, optimize, and auto-mate all consumer-facing IS services, processes, and products, and agile methodologies for the right and fast implementation of such across IS.
- Is accountable to drive all IS services, process and products improvements, on time, on quality and on budget. From analysis of data, prioritization with businesses leads and key stakeholders, to its implementation and follow-up, it requires a strong knowledge of problem solving, communication, negotiation, data analysis skills along with project management to drive the execution within IS organization.
- Is responsible for the design and implementation of continuous improvement strategy in an iterative way, focusing on speed and business value. Driving value delivery to all IS and Business stakeholders, improved consumer experience and introducing savings in IT Op-erations. This includes the improvement of all consumer services, processes, and prod-ucts around the globe and across all IS services. Drives the adoption of a continuous im-provement and customer centricity across the IS community.
- Analyses and proposes process improvements; when necessary, develops graphical rep-resentations of processes to facilitate understanding for improvements. Coordinates the execution of IS process improvements for consumer-facing services. Con-tributes to the definition of IS policies, standards, and guidelines for process improvement.
- Proactively collaborates with key Business and GBS IS stakeholders on all levels to build a continuous improvement environment and to support an ongoing program of change to improve consumer-oriented services, processes and products as prioritized based on Business needs.
**Your background**:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related discipline. Master’s Degree preferred.
- Above 10 years of relevant experience in IS and management roles
- Above 7 years of experience in change management and continual service improvement within global environments
- Above 7 years of experience in roles connected to technology
- Above 5 years of project management utilizing Agile methodologies
- Significant experience in simplification, optimization and automation of processes, tools and methodologies to maximize business outcomes.
- Experience prioritizing and driving large portfolio of short-, medium
- and long-term initiatives and delivering on time, on quality and on budget.
- Superior leadership skills, including communication, influencing and negotiation.
- Experience defining and implementing sustainable continuous improvement strategy
- Outstanding stakeholder engagement and management, proven ability to work effectively with all organizational levels
- Demonstrated people leadership and developing engaged team members - people as critical thinkers that generate and implement innovative ideas
- Lean Six Sigma cerification is mandatory
