AS a Continual Service Improvement Manager you will provide the Continual Service Improvement (CSI) framework, standards, guidelines and techniques to effectively implement the Continual service improvement practice with an assured level of process maturity and provide assurance on the effective usage of CSI practice, in maximizing CSI portfolio outcome and business benefits within ABB IS.

**This position reports to**:
Global IS Department Manager for Compliance and Assurance

**Your responsibilities**:

- Drive CSI process maturity, adoption & maximization of business benefits.
- Defines & continuously improve the CSI framework & ensure CSI tools / techniques provides improved user experience.
- Develops strategic & tactical plans and provide policies, guidelines, standards, for driving Continual Service Improvement practice in achieving organization goals & objectives.
- Owns the Continual improvement register (CI register) to monitor / track Continual Service Improvement initiatives and measure/report KPI’s.
- Closely collaborates with CSI Process managers to drive effective implementation, standardization, and development of CSI process continuously
- Integrates, oversees and governs. benefits/outcomes delivered on CSI Portfolio initiatives as a part of Integrated Portfolio management.
- Establishing IT CSI Community of Practice & driving CSI cultural transformation across the organization.
- Ensuring that your area of responsibility is organized, staffed, skilled and directed, and developing the skills to create a highly effective and efficient team.

**Your background**:

- Up to 10 years of relevant experience in IS and above 3 years of experience in Continual Service Improvement process.
- Above 2 years of people or Team management.
- Solid knowledge and track record of successful CSI implementations into a global or regional environment with solid understanding of Change Management.
- ITIL 4 foundation certification with Lean Certifications preferred.
- Knowledge of Project management, process management, ITIL methodologies, tools, and techniques.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Good influence skills to drive transformation across the whole IS community.
- A collaborative, solution-focused approach and strong written and spoken communication skills.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related discipline. Master’s Degree preferred.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
