**Global IS Compliance Framework Lead**:

The Global IS Compliance Lead identifies and manages the IT risks associated to external regulations, design and manage the IS compliance framework and the global standard IS controls set associated to a regulation and partnering with the IS Compliance Assurance Team (ICAT) to ensure their implementation in Business IS (BA IS) and GBS IS. They ensure continuous improvement for the simplification and modernization of the IS compliance frameworks and IT controls set with the aim to keep them aligned with the industrial best practices and to reduce their impact on BA IS and GBS IS. Actively supports and advices for improving the maturity and awareness on IS Compliance.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Assesses and manages the IT risks catalogue associated to a regulation
- Designs, maintains, communicates and educates on the methodology, frame-work and Global standard IT controls set associated to a regulation
- Designs and maintains Entity Level Controls
- Validates the content of the policies to ensure their alignment with the regula-tions and for completeness
- Monitors and advices on the implementation of IS Compliance Methodologies, frameworks and Global Standard IT Controls set
- Ensures IS compliance in key IS processes
- Final review and sign off of the deficiency assessment (DAP) performed by GBS IS and BA IS for deficiencies with medium and high residual risk
- Defines KPIs to measure the level of IS Compliance in ABB IS
- Contributes to the preparation of periodic report on the overall status of IS Compliance in ABB IS
- Analyzes and consolidates data required for year-end work paper
- Drives awareness creation and competence development as needed within the IS organization
- Collaborates with ARIC and Legal & Integrity Corporate Functions to represent the IS stances and to identify the impact of changes of external regulations on IS
- Liaises with external and internal auditors on overall compliance maturity and effectiveness

**Your background**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Science and Technology, Business Administra-tion, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in IT compliance, risk management, IT audit and/or IT controls; Ability to understand external regulations and legislations
- Professional qualification equivalent to CISA/CISM/CGEIT/CRISC (Enterprise IT risk management certifications)
- Superior knowledge of industry framework, standards and practices (COBIT, ITIL, CMMI, ISO 2700x, etc.)
- Strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of the overall context of underlying business processes and technologies
- IS/IT process knowledge
- Good communication skills to deal with different stakeholders
- Team player with the ability to evaluate priorities
- Fluent spoken and written English
- Assessor skills monitoring and auditing
