**Your role**
- We’re looking for someone like that who will:
- lead a global team of specialists to deliver on the post trade provider framework and controls
- drive discussions on the post trade landscape with senior leaders within the firm
- empower their team to align, implement and maintain a front to back framework for third party post trade providers including policy compliance, consistent execution of controls and recording of standards
- inspire a strong collaborative culture across the global teams engaging with third parties
- ensure understanding of team goals
- work towards closure of deliverables in a structured and comprehensive way
- encourage a solution driven atmosphere within which your team can operate
- manage escalations, identify issues quickly and successfully gain traction with the correct groups to work towards remediation
- actively engage with internal stakeholders to understand business requirements and coordinate initiatives in order to meet minimum standards and deadlines

**Your team**
- You’ll be working in the Network and Market Infrastructure Market Management team in Zurich.
- We are responsible for the network of relationships with third party post trade providers' including agent banks and market utilities (CSD, CCP) that UBS contracts with to provide custody, clearing, and settlement services. Our scope has expanded to include Third Party Risk Management in 2021, NMI is responsible for TPRM Post Trade provides, as well as provider strategy, commercial management, delivery of cost savings, account inventory maintenance (including opening, reconciliation and closure), processing of invoices, market intelligence, and adherence to regulatory requirements.
