Having closed our second funding round, we're looking for **ambitious personalities who are eager to roll up their sleeves and have an impact**. You will become an integral part of our hands-on & fun team (19 people) and have a big impact on the future development of our company. We are **fast-growing** with 200+ active customers in more than 16+ countries across a multitude of industries including some big names like **eBay, **Lufthansa** and **DHL.** And we're just warming up.

We are seeking an ambitious and analytical Head of Marketing to join our team and help us achieve our growth goals through innovative marketing strategies and hands-on execution. **Main Responsibilities**

As our Head of Marketing, we expect you to:

- **Stay agile and a**dapta**ble**: continuously pivot strategies and tactics to stay ahead in the fast-paced tech environment. Be ready to embrace change and seize new opportunities swiftly.
- **Spot creative engagement opportunities**: diligently oversee all marketing activities, identifying and capitalizing on opportunities for innovative engagement with our audience.
- **Collaborate and **contribute**: actively participate in our collaborative, hands-on team environment. Work closely with colleagues, taking initiative and contributing wherever needed to drive collective success.

Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

- Aligning marketing strategy with product and sales strategy to drive growth and achieve company objectives in existing and new markets.
- Distributing resources effectively across paid inbound, content, events, and tooling to meet the target number of qualified leads.
- Defining, monitoring, and refining KPIs to track the progress of strategic goals (e.g., brand awareness), continuous goals (e.g., qualified leads), and operative metrics (e.g., organic website visits).
- Extending the marketing team through strategic hiring and fostering growth among current team members.
- Working alongside the marketing team to support content creation, ad campaigns, and event tasks. As well as diving into brainstorming sessions with the team, bringing fresh and out of the box ideas.

**Requirements**:

- Work experience as Head of Marketing or VP Marketing
- Proven experience in B2B SaaS
- Strong analytical skills and an ambitious mindset.
- Proven track record of building a successful lead generation pipeline in enterprise SaaS or a related industry.
- Ability to operate at both strategic and tactical levels, dedicating approximately 30% of the time to strategic planning and 70% to hands-on implementation (this balance will shift towards more management over time).
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken; proficiency in German is a plus.
