**Job Purpose/ Role**:
- General administrative activities & support
- Organisation of meetings & conference rooms
- Organisation of catering
- Assistance with the onboarding of new starters
- Calendar management
- Assistance with events & smaller projects
**Du solltest haben**:
- Commercial employee or similar training
- Excellent written and spoken German & English skills
- Excellent MS knowledge - Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint
- Flexibility and independent work are required
- Responsible and accurate way of working
- Excellent Organisational & IT skills
- Good communication skills, assertiveness, strong personality & ability to grasp things quickly
- Knowledge of SAP is an advantage
