**Aufgaben**:

- Verantwortlich für Assistenz/Sekretariatsarbeiten, Korrespondenz und Protokollführung der Geschäftsleitung
- Entgegennahme und Weiterleitung von Telefonanrufen
- Kasse/Post/Kurierdienste
- Bürounterhalt und Einkauf Büromaterial
- Organisation und Planung von Geschäftsreisen
- Organisation von Meetings und Video-/Konferenz-Calls
- Empfang und Bewirtung von Besuchern
- Ansprechpartner und Kontaktperson für interne und externe Dienstleister
- Ablage von Dokumenten im elektronischen Archiv
- Organisation von internen Firmenanlässen

**Anforderungen**:

- Kaufmännische Ausbildung
- Berufserfahrung in einer ähnlichen Position von Vorteil
- Versierter Umgang mit MS-Office Programmen (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
- Sehr gute mündliche und schriftliche Kommunikationsfähigkeiten (D und E)
- Kommunikationsgeschick, lösungsorientiert
- und detailorientiert, Teamplayer
- Selbständige Arbeitsweise
- Gepflegtes und sichereres Auftreten
