Our New Consumer Health company is recruiting for a Regional Deliver Excellence Leader in each of our regions: EMEA, APAC, NA. As a member of the Consumer Health DELIVER Excellence team this role will strengthen functional expertise in strategic areas and improve operational efficiency.

The scope of the position involves leading primary workstreams including, but not limited to:

- Provide strategic direction on required capabilities and priorities; Implement business process standards, execute on clear strategy and outline best practices to improve efficiency; Identify critical capabilities in strategic area and define capability build-up approach; Ensure consistencies among markets in terms of process and ways of working; Drive a focused set of ‘high impact’ opportunities; Act as escalation point to rapidly address critical process issues
- Find new ways to drive agility and resilience in our value streams.

- Support Deliver leadership in prioritizing investment in relevant areas to reach best in class performance
- Partner with other global and regional functions on capability improvement initiatives that benefit customer experience and enable progressive sharing across the regions and segments.
- Lead governance activities to ensure consistency and compliance between process design and actual plant resources.
- Assess operational maturity and define and execute continuous improvement priorities, Lead Business Excellence opportunity implementations for the region and drive business excellence throughout distribution
- Implement standards and best practices, define and deploy technology strategy to fill gaps in capabilities, ensure consistency around ways of working among markets; Orchestrate deployment of regional technology strategy to fill gaps in capabilities and improve performance
- Focus on creating competitive advantage through quality and compliance; Drive a culture of Safety & Compliance
- Identify and champion a talent development strategy for high potential and high performing talent and design the organizational roadmap

**Qualifications** Position Requirements**:

- A minimum of 10 years overall business experience is required, preferably with a focus in Customer Service Operations, Strategy, and management of large programs.
- A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree is required.
- Proven success working in a complex, highly matrixed, global organization with rapidly changing priorities and tight timelines is required.
- Strong knowledge of supply chain and logistics ways of operating and strategy.
- Demonstrated capability in executing Customer Service management.
- Deep expertise across core transportation and W/H processes.
- Capability in distribution / transportation capacity planning and trade compliance.
