**Role & Responsibilities**:
The Regional Deliver and Procurement HR Leader is responsible for deploying and executing HR strategy in partnership with Business leaders to drive the achievement of business objectives in the following areas: organizational design, succession planning, career management, performance management, and workforce planning. The position will create and deploy diverse, equitable, inclusive talent solutions which are aligned with HR, business, and shared services strategies, as well as partner with HR and business leaders to recommend talent strategies that anticipate and address future changes in business conditions, inclusive of growing and advancing diverse talent pools. Additionally, the position will build workforce planning and development proposals based on workforce data and external perspectives.

Additionally, the Regional Deliver and Procurement HR Leader will partner with key HR leaders across EMEA and Global structures to support and define the EMEA deployment of Global strategy and change management initiatives. This position will translate business vision into execution plans (i.e. alignment of team resources, workstreams and activities) which are tied to objectives, measures, and timelines, leading to successful completion of projects.

This position will be located in Switzerland (however role is location agnostic) and require 20% travel.

**Qualifications** Position Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree.
- 10+ years professional experience; minimum of 7 years of progressive HR or HR related experience.
- Consumer Health Experience and multi country reorganization experience.
- Strong analytic capabilities, enabling you to leverage data to generate insights and drive evidence-based decision making.
- Leadership aptitude, including the ability to build strong partnerships - you communicate, engage with and influence others effectively (in person / virtually), and can integrate needs and perspectives of multiple, diverse stakeholders across a global matrix organization.
- Sophisticated critical and strategic thinking skills, with keen curiosity, aptitude for problem solving and willingness to take risk and challenge the status quo.
- Ability to pay attention to detail while maintaining a big-picture focus.
- Strong interpersonal, consultative and facilitation skills.
- Experience with innovative change efforts, including developing and implementing detailed change management plans.

**Preferred Requirements/Competencies**:

- Experience in a Consumer Health / Healthcare industry.
- Experience with working with global teams in a matrixed HR support environment and the ability to work effectively across all levels of an organization.
