Join us in this exciting role and support our **CASASOFT** team as our new Account Manager Romandie
In the role of Account Manager at CASASOFT & Publimmo, your key focus will be on understanding the unique needs and pain points of our customers. Drawing on your expertise in real estate agents' business processes, you will be instrumental in offering solutions from the comprehensive CASASOFT portfolio to our clients in the French part of Switzerland. Your responsibilities will be:
- Main contact person for our large customer portfolio in the Romandie Market.
- Identifying promising opportunities, assessing leads, and effectively converting them into successful sales.
- Enable the smooth transition of the current customer base between software versions, acting as the key contact during the entire migration, offering support, direction, and training on the updated software.
In these tasks you’ll be playing a pivotal role in driving the growth and prosperity of CASASOFT
- Managing the entire sales process, including proposal submission, contract negotiation and obtaining customer sign-off. Commission based.
- Engaging with customers to understand their specific requirements, pain points and objectives
- Cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with customers
- Collaborating with customer success or implementation teams, to ensure a smooth transition of delivery
- Taking ownership of the sales cycle, working towards achieving sales targets and quotas
- Constant feedback and communication with the Head of Marketing & Sales
- Develop and maintain client portfolio
- Demonstrate and advise on Casasoft CRM and web products
- Evaluate prospects and provide reports
- Assessing leads and provide reporting
- Stay updated about new developments of the products
- Provide market feedback
- Represent CASASOFT/ Publimmo during events
- Provide trainings

**Qualifications**
Educational Background
- Completed commercial or equivalent education
- Several years of sales experience
- Requirements Engineering
Professional Experience
- Experienced about real estate
- Profound knowledge of the Swiss real estate market
- Strong understanding of the ways of working of real estate professionals
Functional Skills
- Sales and Negotiation
- Client Relationship Management
- Basic understanding of the key technologies of the real estate market (APIs, Remcat, SwissREST etc.)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools to manage and track sales activities
- Understanding of Real Estate CRMs and real estate agent’s processes and workflows
IT Skills / Languages / Additional Requirements
- Fluent French is required, German is a plus.
- Proficient communication in English
- Driving license cat. B
- Proficient in use of the entire MS Office range, Google Workspace and SalesForce
- General understanding of the digital world
