- Du hast bereits Erfahrung in einer ähnlichen Position von Vorteil in der Luxushotellerie
- Du hast ein Flair für Zahlen
- Du begeisterst und unterstützt unsere Gäste, Kunden und Kollegen mit deiner flexiblen und stressresistenten Arbeitsweise
- Du kannst bei der Entwicklung und Einführung von problemlösenden Actionplänen im Finanzbereich mithelfen
- Du kannst das Implementieren und Rationalisieren aller internen Kontrollvorgänge; abdeckend für sämtliche buchhalterischen Aktivitäten im Hotel
- Du kannst die Kontrolle offener Opera PM Konten übernehmen und kontrollieren
- Du kannst deine Aufmerksamkeit auf Bewegungen und spezifische Änderungen von Debitorensalden oder Zahlungsmuster lenken
- Du assisierst dem Finanzleiter und allen Abteilungsleiter/innen im Hotel bei der Erstellung des jährlichen Budgets und der monatlichen Forecasts
- Du kannst die Kreditoren Rechnungen kontrollieren und koordinieren
- Du kannst Monats
- und Jahresabschlüsse übernehmen

Der Hauptaufgabenbereich liegt in der Mitverantwortung der Accounting Abteilung. Darüber hinaus gehören auch diverse buchhalterischen administrative Aufgaben.
