Wir suchen per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung in Zürich für unsere Organisation mit rund 100 Mitarbeitenden in der Schweiz und 100 Mitarbeitenden im Ausland eine/n ExportHelp Project Coordinator (80-100%).

Ihre Aufgaben
Verkaufsorientierte und administrative Unterstützung der zugeteilten Länderberater im Projekt Management (Vorbereitung, Durchführung und Nachbearbeitung von Beratungsmandaten)
Ansprech
- und Koordinationsperson zu unserem ausländischen Netzwerk
Cross-Selling Aktivitäten
Mithilfe in der Neukundengewinnung und Kundenpflege
Lückenlose und saubere Dokumentation im CRM sowie im ERP
Ihr Profil
Kaufmännische Grundausbildung und einige Jahre Berufserfahrung im Verkauf/ Verkaufssupport / Verkaufsinnendienst
Interkulturelle Kompetenz, vernetztes Denken und Organisationstalent
Einwandfreie Deutschkenntnisse in Wort
- und Schrift (C2) sowie stilsichere Englischkenntnisse (mind. C1), Kenntnisse in Französisch und Italienisch von Vorteil
Flexible, ausdauernde und belastbare Persönlichkeit, die gerne im Team aber auch selbstständig arbeitet und in hektischen Zeiten einen kühlen Kopf bewahrt
Hohes Dienstleistungsverständnis, hohe Selbstständigkeit und Eigeninitiative
