Join the dynamic team of our client as a Junior talent acquisition coordinator in Zürich
Our client is a PME well based in Switzerland for several years now, the office in Zürich is composed of 10/15 people. Speciality : hospitaly management.

**Type of contract**: CDI (long term)

**Hours**: 100% - 42,5 H/week - 1 home office possible

**Responsibilities**:

- As the Talent Acquisition Coordinator, oversee the complete lifecycle of our the employees, from sourcing to onboarding and off boarding, as well as participating in HR projects and handling various administrative tasks.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to employees by delivering constructive feedback aimed at improving their work quality and efficiency
- Support HR initiatives to enhance the HR Agent function, processes, and services by actively participating in various projects and programs
- Actively participate in projects aimed at improving the working and living conditions of our employees, with a focus on enhancing their retention, satisfaction, and skills development

**Requirements**:

- 0-3 years of professional experience who is fluent in both German and English. Any other European language is considered an added advantage
- The ability to prioritize workload and manage multiple tasks simultaneously is a must for this role
- You should also have excellent organizational skills, with a keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy and precision in your work.
