- We are looking for a highly motivated Talent Acquisition -/ Recruiting Partner to join our Talent Acquisition team for a 12 months fixed-term contract for a maternity leave coverage.
- As our Talent Acquisition Partner, you play a strategic role in the growth of Vontobel by partnering together with hiring managers to recruit the best talents.- Are you ready to: Engage. Exceed. Excite. ?**What would your role be?**
- Your client coverage will include Technology, Audit, Legal & Compliance and Finance & Risk
- Build strong partnerships with hiring managers and internal stakeholders by setting excellent services
- Attend and present Vontobel at Recruiting events and provide internal Interview trainings

**What are we looking for?**
- Several years' of experience as a Recruiting
- / Talent Acquisition Partner within a fast paced and client centric organization, preferably experience in Technology, Financial Services or FinTech
- In-house recruitment experience would be a plus
- Strong Business Acumen in the professional service sector and a strong partner who enables our Hiring Managers to hire great talent
- Multicultural exposure, ability to interact with all type of professionals and levels of seniority
- Fluent in German and English
