We use generative machine learning models, accessible through user-friendly software interfaces, to help engineer protein properties such as stability, expression, activity, binding affinity and specificity. **What we're looking for**:
Cradle is on the lookout for a dynamic and visionary Talent Acquisition Lead to help drive our company's expansion and success. You will collaborate closely with our leadership team, and help shape Cradle’s future, while also growing alongside us in the years to come. This role is available in either of the two vibrant European cities - Zurich, Switzerland, or Amsterdam, Netherlands.

**Your Responsibilities**
- ** Aligning Talent Acquisition to Strategy**:Develop a deep understanding of Cradle's business objectives and collaborate with hiring managers to align talent acquisition strategies.
- ** Employer Branding**:Initiate and execute initiatives to enhance Cradle's reputation as an employer of choice in key locations.
- ** Talent Pool Cultivation**:Nurture a global talent pool, especially for hard-to-find technical roles like Machine Learning Research.
- ** Immigration Support**:When necessary, collaborate with immigration authorities and third-party advisors to secure work permits for expat hires and facilitate their smooth transition.
- ** HR Evolution**:Contribute to the development and enhancement of various People programs and systems, ensuring that Cradle remains a fantastic place to work.

**Must-Haves**:

- ** Recruitment expertise**:You bring proven experience in end-to-end recruiting, spanning both technical and non-technical roles within an international, fast-paced startup or scale-up environment in the Tech industry.
- ** Talent Insight**: You are familiar with broader Talent topics, including employer branding, Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI), compensation, and incentivization.
- ** HR Enthusiast**:You are eager to explore broader HR areas such as career development and Learning & Development (L&D).
- ** Tech-Savvy**: You know how to use Application Tracking Systems (e.g., AshbyHQ, Lever).
- ** Superb Communicator: You are fully fluent in English, and thrive working across diverse cultures**
