At a Glance:
The EMEA team is looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to guide and support them in their growth journey, this role would be the face of TA in our business teams and vice versa. We are looking for someone that leads and guides with data, has a deep business understanding and strong stakeholder partnering skills.

Your Mission:

- Lead the recruiting strategy and its execution for our Global and EMEA business functions
- Partner strategically with hiring managers to set expectations and develop interview processes that lead to exceptional hires
- Improve upon existing programs and processes whilst developing innovative strategies to find talented, passionate people
- Utilise Greenhouse reports, dashboards, and other tools and data to illustrate the recruiting pipeline and analyse results
- Shape the future of On by advising leaders on their org structures, D&I goals and growth plans

Your Story:

- Minimum of 5 years experience in full-cycle recruitment on a variety of roles & seniorities
- Strong direct search approach via various platforms and driven to build new creative sourcing channels
- History of collaborating successfully with functional leaders and internal HR teams
- First experiences with Greenhouse and Gem as tools is a plus
- Ability to utilise data to influence the business and backup recruiting goals and projections
- Fluent in English with strong communication skills (verbal and written)
