This is a team for someone who loves to connect with people, exhibits outstanding judgment and professionalism, possesses excellent analytical skills and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Not only will you be afforded a high degree of independence, but the opportunity to work with an amazing group of fun and talented people. **About the role**: - Help define and drive strategic sourcing strategies to attract the best legal talent to Axiom. - Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of recruiting issues and trends in the legal industry that have short and long-term implications on the business. - Collaborating with other Axiom offices and departments, including Commercial, Marketing, Finance, and Information Technology to ensure seamless coordination within the Axiom Headquarters team. **About you**: This is a position for someone who loves to facilitate the success of others, exhibits outstanding judgment and professionalism, possesses excellent analytical skills and thrives in a fast-paced environment. This position requires the confidence to interact with experienced professionals, to speak to them about what we do in a credible and compelling way, and to understand and be responsive to their professional development goals. - 5+ years experience within a recruitment function (either internally or agency). - Experience in legal recruitment is desirable. - Highly persuasive communication skills (both verbal and written); - Fluent in both German & English - Critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills. - The poise and maturity to interact with senior level, highly experienced lawyers, including the confidence and sensitivity to deliver tough or constructive feedback. - High-level organizational skills, together with the ability to operate in an often high-pressured and fast-paced environment. - Highly proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite (specifically Excel and PowerPoint); and - Commitment to innovation and efficiency, specifically within the legal services area, with a demonstrable interest in the Axiom model and the changing legal landscape. - Legally authorized to work where the role is located
