Are you passionate about CRM and digital trends? We are looking for a dedicated Manager to develop and execute MarTech use cases. Be a part of our vibrant and young team in Zug, Switzerland, and contribute to our organization's commercial and retail operations and development across Europe.

**Your mission**:

- Core mission “Business Owner Bloomreach Exponea“ - Bridging IT Product Management and the business team, focusing on improving the CRM business processes and developing new MarTech use cases
- Holistic development, management and coordination of cross-channel CRM measures and campaigns to attract and retain loyalty program members
- Steering of proactive collaboration with specialist areas relevant to CRM area to develop and introduce new approaches and ideas, particularly in the MarTech context
- Regular briefings with CRM departments and marketing intelligence to analyze new potentials, including technical and commercial evaluation
- Strategic support for CRM partners

**Your profile**:

- Successfully completed studies in economics, business administration, international business, media and communication sciences, brand management or a comparable qualification
- At least 4 years of relevant professional experience in marketing, marketing strategy, customer relationship management, project management or brand management, preferably with a focus on customer retention and loyalty
- Experience in project management as well as successful execution of campaigns and projects
- Experience in the design, introduction and implementation of CRM models and customer segmentation
- Extensive knowledge of key CRM channels and their usability as well as relevant KPIs for campaign screening and optimization
- Analytical thinking and experience with relevant CRM tools
- Team player as well as the ability to work independently, result oriented, including can-do attitude
- Very good knowledge of MS Office
- Fluent in German and English
- Retail industry knowledge is an advantage
- Business travel (~25%), mostly to Düsseldorf
