Are you passionate about CRM and Loyalty? We are looking for a dedicated Manager do further develop our
Insider loyalty program in close collaboration with the teams in Düsseldorf. Be a part of our vibrant and young
team in Zug, Switzerland, and contribute to our organization's commercial and retail operations and development across Europe.
**Your mission**:
- Strategic and operational INSIDER loyalty program development, respective new member aquisition, member activation, tiers, getting & redeem points, program benefits
- Definition of customer segments and personalization approaches to increase relevance for our customers
- Developing of Online and App loyalty functionalities for our INSIDER omni-channel approach
- Steering of proactive collaboration with specialist areas relevant to the customer loyalty program to develop and introduce new approaches and ideas, particularly in the digital context
- Evaluate cooperations for INSIDER program benefits and bring them to launch
- Strategic support for partners in loyalty campaigns
- Regular briefings with CRM departments as well as marketing intelligence to analyse new potentials in customer loyalty
- Manage stakeholders from eCom, In-store Sales, Marketing, IT, Customer Intelligence
- Part of the loyalty team in Germany
**Your profile**:
- Successfully completed studies in economics, business administration, international business, media and communication sciences, brand management or a comparable qualification
- At least five years of relevant professional experience in CRM & and loyalty program management
- Excellent CRM stack knowledge (e.g. Bloomreach, Emarsys, Salesforce) and analytic tools (eg. Google Analytic, Looker, Power BI)
- Experience in project management as well as successful execution of campaigns and projects
- Strong marketing affinity as well as high familiarity with different marketing channels and a feeling for how to use them effectively
- High affinity and passion for creating and developing strong brands as well as an innovative and strong conceptual mindset
- Team player as well as the ability to work independently, result oriented and including can-do attitude
- Fluent in German and English
- Retail industry knowledge is an advantage
- Business Travel (~25%)
