**Your mission**:

- Assist in idea generation and implementation to continuously increase the attractiveness of the customer loyalty program
- Assisting in the development and implementation of cross-channel measures/campaigns to attract new members to the customer loyalty program and to increase awareness of it
- Support in the coordination, conception and implementation of the roll-out of the customer loyalty program in additional countries, including all project activities
- Support in the conception and implementation of campaign-independent internal/external communications (intranet postings, VKL training, promotional materials for employees)
- Support in the coordination, updating and post-production of basic and service communications
- Creation of market and competition analyses in the area of customer loyalty in close consultation with Marketing Intelligence as well as analytical CRM

**Your profile**:

- Successfully completed studies in economics, business administration, international business, media and communication sciences, brand management or a comparable qualification
- Initial professional experience (e.g. through relevant internships) in marketing, marketing strategy, customer relationship management, project management or brand management, preferably with a focus on customer retention and loyalty
- High customer orientation and marketing affinity
- Interest in creating and developing strong brands
- An innovative and conceptual mindset as well as strong communication skills
- Ability to work in a team, independent and result-oriented, and willingness to work hard
- Very good knowledge of MS Office
- Very good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken
- Retail industry knowledge is an advantage
