**Your mission**:

- Ensure cross-channel and consistent measurement of marketing performance
- Responsibility for setting up and further developing a reporting environment for market, customer and competitive data (dashboards, standard reporting and ad-hoc reporting)
- Set-up and responsibility of a KPI catalog with marketing performance relevant KPIs on customer and channel level
- Responsibility for data analysis and data interpretation as well as development of own algorithms for data modeling
- Ensure legal parameters for performance channel relevant analytics and customer data aggregation in coordination with analytical CRM
- Developing efficient attribution models as a basis for optimal commercial management of marketing budgets
- Managing the tracking of marketing campaigns across relevant portals and channels (desktop and mobile)
- Regular coordination with the CRM departments as well as the Loyalty department
- Technical and disciplinary leadership as well as further development of the Marketing Intelligence department and its employees

**Your profile**:

- Successfully completed degree in economics, industrial engineering, business informatics, business administration, mathematics, business mathematics, statistics or a comparable qualification
- At least five years of relevant professional experience in the field of marketing intelligence, marketing analytics, business intelligence or a comparable professional field
- Initial experience in leadership as well as the further development of employees
- Strong skills in analysis, modeling and interpretation of complex and big data structures as well as a high level of mathematical understanding
- Expertise in common database, analytics and reporting tools (Python, R, PowerBI, Tableau, Qlik, SQL, Google Analytics, Excel, etc.)
- Extensive knowledge of marketing and CRM processes, as well as relevant workflows and optimization potentials
- Ability to lead and work in a team, work independently and result-oriented, and willingness to work hard
