CRM Campaign Manager

At Sonova Audiological Care we are transforming the hearing care industry by expanding the digital offer for our customers. You have the opportunity to contribute to this revolution by joining the Marketing and Omnichannel department, which is responsible for the implementation state of the art digital solutions for our customers, with very competent colleagues responsible for Product Management, Pricing, Branding and Communications, CRM, Omnichannel Customer Experience, Digital Marketing, Lead Generation and Conversion, Customer Decision Journey and Analytics. This specific position can be located in Steinhausen, Zug.

**Your tasks**
- Mine data and segment database, identifying key customer groups and sales and upsell opportunities
- Optimize and monitor data capture and marketing consent throughout the customer journey to enable customer retention
- Merge, manage, query and extract data to execute campaigns
- Provide ongoing support to markets in developing their CRM strategy and implementation

**Your profile**
- Advanced studies in marketing, data, or a related field
- 5+ years’ experience implementing effective CRM strategies in a consumer-focused digital business environment
- Proven expertise in lifecycle and trigger-based communications
- Fluent in English (fluency in German desirable)
