We are seeking a communications professional passionate about building the reputation of the company by bringing its manifesto and strategy to life through engaging and effective communications activities.In this role you will manage our employees digital platform for communications purposes, drive editorial activities as well as support in the design and implementation of holistic global programs and campaigns. While you help us to materialize our vision of becoming the global leader in innovative and sustainable building solutions, we will help you grow in a dynamic working environment that offers attractive working conditions and encourages personal and professional development.
- Driving Holcim’s employee digital workplace for communications purposes
- Activating and growing our online “Builders of Progress” community
- Creating and publishing content in various formats for internal and external channels
- Managing agencies
- Driving online and offline internal events
- Being a business partner who supports other functions in their communications purposes for key projects
- Supporting in the development and execution of global programs and campaigns

Education/Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or related field
- 5+ years of communications experience (within a global company a plus)

**Experience**:

- Experience managing agencies
- Experience with basic graphic design or video production a plus
- Experience in managing digital channels

Knowledge & Skills:

- Capable of implementing communications programs and delivering results
- Ability to systematically measure the impact created by your activities
- Know how to deliver relevant storytelling, content and experiences to a diverse, spread, online audience
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build, manage and influence transversal teams
- Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management
- Strong sense of ownership and an entrepreneurial spirit
- Results oriented, able to work under tight timelines and easily manage competing priorities
- Flexible and embracing change. You make the complex simple, keep composure in fast-moving situations, embrace ambiguity, and are able to quickly adjust.

Language Requirements: Excellent written and spoken English. Travel Requirements: None
