Are you a creative, crypto-savvy marketing leader who thrives in dynamic environments? We're looking for a **Marketing, Communications & Community Lead** to join a cutting-edge, fast-growing team shaping the future of blockchain technology and decentralized finance.

**Your Role**:

- **Define the Brand**: Shape our brand voice, market positioning, and messaging strategy across multiple platforms.
- ** Lead Communications**: Build and execute a robust communications plan, including social media and long-form content to engage crypto-native communities.
- ** Manage External Content**: Collaborate with the internal team to create and refine external-facing content like websites, social posts, and other key materials.
- ** Drive Engagement**: Regularly publish social media posts across our platforms and support smaller, private events to build community presence.
- ** Refine Brand Assets**: Work with design partners to manage and evolve the brand's look and feel across logos, media, and creative assets.

**What You'll Bring**:

- **Crypto-Native Expertise**: Proven experience managing marketing, communications, and community strategies in the blockchain/crypto space.
- ** Social Media Wizardry**: Skilled in cutting, editing, and posting engaging content across multiple platforms.
- ** Entrepreneurial Mindset**: Ability to think independently, take initiative, and drive results autonomously.
- ** Team Player**: You'll collaborate with a small but powerful team, contributing to shared goals while owning your own projects.
- ** Integrity & Curiosity**: We value honesty, open communication, and a hunger for knowledge.

**(Nice-to-Haves)**:

- 2+ years of experience in marketing or communications for a crypto-native company.
- Experience with event management for crypto-focused audiences.
- Familiarity with asset management concepts.
