**What it's about**

The Transformation Manager - Change and Communication will strengthen the Transformation Office to successfully deliver a multi-year transformation program. This is a very exciting role, combining project management and change management capabilities, offering lots of opportunities to drive changes and mobilize people in a fast pace and dynamic environment. The Transformation Manager - Change and Communication will primarily ensure that change best practices are applied to support timely delivery of the program roadmap and sustainability of the outcomes.

**Responsibilities**:
Change and Communication:

- Implement the change management framework for the transformation program: communication plan, engagement initiatives, coaching and training
- Follow-up on impact assessments to support business leaders and provide recommendations for change management interventions and tactical actions to ensure buy-in and positive experience from our people
- Orchestrate the change and communication activities across the different projects and workstreams to ensure change is handled successfully
- Coordinate with various stakeholders to design, build and implement change vehicles
- Define and measure success metrics, monitor and report on speed of adoption, utilization and proficiency
- Identify roadblocks or change resistance and proactively address them
- Build capabilities on change and communication within the Services organization

Transformation Office:

- Contribute to transformation projects on an ad-hoc basis
- Contribute to managing projects successfully
- Promote the transformation across the organization

**What we expect**:

- Proven track record with at least 5 years of experience in change management or communication, structuring and delivering pragmatic change solutions
- Experience in managing communication through various means and at different levels, in a global company
- Certification in a structured change management methodology (e.g., ADKAR, Prosci)
- Ability to implement creative and contemporary engagement activities in both virtual and in-person settings
- Ability to handle complexity and a fast-paced environment
- Great interpersonal skills and ability to influence and mobilize others for results
- Excellent English written and verbal communication and active listening skills
- Proven team player, committed to meeting the common goals and able to excel in a virtual team
- Able to articulate benefits of key organizational change activities and work closely with a wide variety of stakeholders
- Pro-active, forward-looking mindset and high delivery focus
- Certification in Project Management (PMI or similar) is an advantage
- Experience working in the Financial Services sector is an advantage
