**Johnson and Johnson, MedTech **has immediate opening for **Corporate Communications, Manager, JJMT EMEA **which will be based in **Switzerland, Zug.**
**Overall, Purpose of this Job**:
This role is responsible for corporate communications across JJMT in the EMEA region, comprising external and internal corporate communications, issues & crisis, executive and organizational communications. Drives the strategic planning, development and implementation of impactful corporate communication plans to build trust and equity with external stakeholders as well as inspire employees to become ambassadors of the company brand, its purpose and values.

**Build stakeholder trust and advocacy by developing and implementing strategic and creative communication plans that position JJMT EMEA as a leader and trusted partner**:
- Utilize communications industry experience and leverage internal and external networks to develop strategic communication plans that drive measurable key business and reputation outcomes.
- Maintain deep understanding of current issues in the environment affecting the reputation of JJMT, its platforms and brands.
- Support media interviews, external speaking engagements and internal communications/engagements for the CGC and other regional leaders.
- Work across communications teams and partner with a variety of key internal and external stakeholders to curate content news stories and supporting data (re: our vision, strategy, pipeline and products, successes) for external & internal stakeholders.
- Partner closely with JJMT Franchise business partners as well as other functions including Government Affairs, HEMA, Medical Affairs and HR to leverage insights and reach relevant stakeholders.
- Partner closely with the global team to ensure regional plans leverage approaches developed for other markets, and actively encourage best practice sharing between markets.
- Craft and curate messaging and content for senior leaders and development of message and toolkits for broad use and adaption across the region.
- Utilize digital tools such as Airtable to strategically plan all communications activities, creating visibility across EMEA and working to anticipate/get ahead of GCG/leadership communications needs and opportunities.
**Partner to deliver executive thought leadership and communications across JJMT EMEA**:
- Reporting into the MedTech EMEA Director for Executive Communications and Thought Leadership this role will support the CGC, Gavin Wood, on site in Switzerland as well as other Zug and Solothurn based RLT.
- Prepare GCG for (and other leadership) for internal and external engagements, helping to bring to life key messages and leadership platform objectives
- Partner across communications teams to ensure executive leadership platforms complement each other and drive enhanced connectivity between our leadership platforms
- Drive alignment across EMEA JJMT leadership and communicators on company positions, driving effective message development on all key corporate topics.
- Identify external opportunities for the CGC and other leadership team members to represent J&J MedTech as an industry leader on critical issues and topics.
- Leverage strategic communications platforms and the right digital and live platforms to reach J&J MedTech EMEA’s stakeholder groups.
**Organizational Communications**:
- Drive MedTech EMEA all-employee and MedTech EMEA leader communications to motivate, energize, and engage around key business priorities, and in pursuit of the JJMT EMEA vision
- Connect and integrate communications across global, region and country as well as franchise and enterprise to ensure the best employee experience in the region
- Develop narratives and messaging for key business priorities that will resonate with leaders and employees.
- Develop content for key leadership and employee communications at the regional level.
- Work with the team to prepare GCG for (and other leadership) for, and deliver key internal/live communications engagements.

**Required**:
- Bachelor Education and/or additional training: University educated individual, ideally with communications-related degree.
- Proven performer with 8+ years of experience managing communication in a company, NGO, government agency or public relations agency.
- Proven track record of successful corporate communication, public affairs, public relations, media relations and employee communication achievements; focus on innovative reputation-building and brand management work is required.
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships and strong influence with senior internal and external stakeholders.
