Are you passionate about driving the business success and personal development of Julius Baer’s front office colleagues? Do you favour a culture of continuous learning and growth? As a Programme Manager in the Front Development team of the Julius Baer Academy, you lead key training programmes and development initiatives in line with the Bank’s strategic ambitions and business goals. Depending on your competencies and interests, your responsibilities include a portfolio of selected activities in the following areas:
**YOUR CHALLENGE**:

- Lead and coordinate the training & development offering for Relationship Managers and other front employees in Switzerland and in global locations of the Bank (excluding Asia), covering a broad range of competencies in the areas of advisory and sales, products & services, etc.
- Act as a partner for senior business leaders in the design, planning and delivery of tailored development solutions for individual markets and teams - aligned with strategic priorities and desired business outcomes
- Manage the training/certification programme for Assistant Relationship Managers and Account Managers, coordinate the next steps of the international rollout together with local stakeholders, be responsible for the project management office
- Support the onboarding of new front colleagues joining Julius Baer by taking the lead for the Front Introduction Day (design, coordination of speaker pool, facilitation, etc.)
- Organise certification and re-certification activities for Relationship Managers, e.g. cross-border certifications
- Be the key contact person for your programmes (target group and all involved stakeholders)
- Manage external training providers (selection, contracting, quality management, budgeting)
- Actively engage in other learning & development initiatives of the Julius Baer Academy to foster life-long learning of employees and competitive advantage of the Bank

**YOUR PROFILE**:

- University degree or equivalent qualification in Banking & Finance/Business Administration or in Pedagogy/Teaching/Psychology
- A minimum of 3-5 years working experience in the area of corporate learning & development or in a front office role in the financial industry
- Business acumen and strong interest in banking, preferably with proven knowledge in products and services related to Private Banking
- Excellent communications skills, ability to collaborate successfully with various internal and external stakeholders on all levels of the organisation
- Good presentation skills to host training sessions, meetings, or workshops
- Strong conceptual capabilities and project management skills, e.g. when designing learning solutions or evaluating training proposals
- Reliable, structured and results-oriented working style with very good organisational skills
- Strong MS Office skills (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook), experience with learning management systems is a plus
- Self-motivated, team-oriented and hands-on personality with a growth mindset
- Fluent in German and English (verbal and written), French or Italian is an advantage
