On’s Talent team is expanding and we are seeking an enthusiastic person to join our journey as a Learning & Development Specialist. Leveraging your experience building strong cross-functional partnerships, you will create engaging learning experiences that boost the business and strengthen On teams. We are looking for someone passionate about On products and services who has successfully delivered innovative training frameworks.
**Your Team**
This role is part of our Talent Engagement & Growth function, with the primary mission to provide robust learning experiences aligned with On’s entrepreneurial culture and support our team’s development journeys.

**Your Mission**
- You closely partner with teams and experts across On to build and deliver innovative and engaging learning programs & tools focused on On products and services, with an emphasis on team inspiration & performance.
- You will lead ideation, design and execution of initiatives intended to empower and further bolster our team members’ functional knowledge and skills.
- You will incorporate ongoing program feedback and manage further program updates and innovations.
- You will create and implement an evaluation strategy to track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and program results.
- You will support scaling learning programs and facilitate inspirational train-the-trainer sessions, enabling trainers to support up-skilling our teams across the globe.
- You may be required to travel to different offices and store locations.
**Your Story**
- You are passionate about people, their career journeys, and how to deliver a fantastic learning experience.
- You love the functional skilling sphere and understand what’s required to cultivate high-performing teams, ideally with 2-4 years of experience in a similar capacity.
- You have a passion for learning and developing talent and an entrepreneurial mindset to create an innovative program from scratch.
- You understand and can articulate the needs of team members — from new hires to tenured experts — and can design innovative learning tools and frameworks through an On lens to impact their respective needs.
- You seek to solve problems creatively. You are resourceful, agile, and can achieve a lot with little.
- You learn rapidly, have excellent project management skills, drive for results and are entrepreneurially self-motivated.
- You excel at working cross-functionally, offering support and generously sharing your expertise.
- You actively seek opportunities to contribute to our exceptional work environment.
- You have the flexibility to travel to our different office and store locations.
