The hotel is ideal for meetings and events with its newly renovated event facilities, including a grand historic ballroom. About the job Based at the Mandarin Oriental Savoy, Zurich within the Food & Beverage Department in Zurich, the Restaurant Manager is responsible for leading the Savoy Brasserie & Bar team to always provide impeccable service to guests. The Restaurant Manager reports to the Assistant Director of Food & Beverage As Restaurant Manager you are responsible for the following duties: Supporting and representing the Director of Food & Beverage for the service area in the absence and being the contact person for the Restaurant Team Creation and control of rosters and holiday planning Guaranteeing smooth and guest-oriented work processes in close cooperation with all the departments of the house Promoting the development of employees, conducting feedbacks and appraisal interviews Coordination of the daily restaurant work to ensure a smooth service process according to our quality standards Personal care and advice for our guests Ensuring guests satisfaction with the highest quality standards and professional handling of guest complaints Innovating and strategizing the guest service and sales opportunities Project and administrative task management Our commitment to you: Learning & Development.
