Client Onboarding Manager

Responsibility for the operational client onboarding in Liquid Markets for our funds and segregated accounts offering and coordination of operations related activities;
- Close collaboration with client services, investment operations, structuring and service providers to manage successful onboarding;
- Proactive management of client requirements on data and investment operations;
- Go-to person for our BUD team for all matters related to data and investment operations;
- Liaison between BUD and investment operations teams to ensure mutual updates on relevant activities and developments;
- Managed the distribution of investment data and product information to clients and intermediaries and ensure ongoing automation of the same;
- Support project teams during fund launches and new product initiatives.
**Requirements**:
- University degree or equivalent in business administration;
- At least 2 years working experience in similar role in asset management or fund administration;
- Experience in project management or similar coordinative role;
- Very good command of German and English as must; additional languages as plus;
- Affinity to IT and data, experience in working with IT requirements and automation;
- Willingness to take ownership and ability to manage multiple stakeholders:
- Open mindset and proven team player.
