We're looking for Client Account Manager to: - manage daily business in client servicing and provide high quality service - be the point of entry for processing client orders, e.g. stock orders, foreign exchange, loans and deposits - be the direct contact for daily banking activities and administrative work for our clients - manage daily client transactions and carry out inquiries and troubleshooting - support client advisors in administrative, risk and legal and compliance related tasks and duties - support client advisors when they are on business trips and assist in preparing client meetings **Your team** You’ll be working in the Turkey team in Zurich. You'll play an important role in our delivery of bespoke client services and become a trusted client account manager for the wealthiest families. You’ll be part of the client coverage team and closely collaborate with client advisors. It strengthens our business and brings value to our clients. **Your expertise** - financial services experience, ideally within a client facing team or other relevant commercial experience within the financial services industry - effective relationship management skills, able to show situational awareness and initiative to self-challenge and/or challenge others - able to utilize tools and resources to service clients as efficiently as possible in financial markets and in dealing with institutional-like clients - sound judgement and problem-solving skills with a proactive style that delivers timely results - superior written and oral communications skills including the ability to deliver difficult messages, complex ideas and client issues with confidence - confident, motivated and able to adapt to a rapidly changing environment - excellent skills in English (oral and written), further languages are an asset **About us** UBS is the world’s largest and only truly global wealth manager.
