**Wir suchen Client Account Manager, die**:
- Kundenanliegen per Telefon und E-Mail entgegennehmen und weitestgehend selbständig und tagfertig arbeiten
- als First-Point-of-Contact fungieren für Kunden aus der Schweiz, Deutschland, Skandinavien und Grossbritannien
- Themenbereiche wie generelle Bankdienstleistungen, Kontoauskünfte, benutzerorientiertem Digital Banking Support, Börsen
- Devisen
- und Edelmetall-Aufträge, nationale und internationale Zahlungsaufträge, etc. abdecken
- die KundenberaterInnen in ihrem Fokus auf beratende Tätigkeiten unterstützen, indem Kundenanliegen aktiv nachgefragt und mit höchstmöglichem Serviceanspruch effizient erledigt werden (mit Ausnahme von Beratungstätigkeit)
- ein dynamisches und flexibles Umfeld schätzen, Flexibilität mitbringen und erwarten, sowie Wissen mit Kollegen teilen und sich in die Weiterentwicklung unseres Tätigkeitsfeldes integrieren
Description du profil
- eine abgeschlossene Banklehre oder eine gleichwertige Ausbildung, idealerweise in einem bankinternen Team mit täglichem Kundenkontakt und Erfahrung in der Kundenbetreuung
- Fähigkeit, komplexe Sachverhalte zu verstehen und Lösungen verständlich darzulegen
- Teamplayer, kommunikativ, überlegt und ruhig auch im Evaluieren von zuwiderlaufenden Prioritäten
- Empathie, Belastbarkeit und Freundlichkeit im Umgang mit unterschiedlichen Kundenbedürfnissen
- fliessende Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse erforderlich (andere Sprachen von Vorteil)
