- We are looking for an ambitious colleague with client fund and global custody expertise, a passion for, and experience with, servicing professional Wealth Management, Corporates & and Institutional Clients around the world to join our Asset Servicing team in Zurich,
- Switzerland, to:
- complement a team of seasoned professionals specialized in client fund and custodian bank structuring as well as life cycle management of tailor made traditional or alternative client fund solutions for wholesale, institutional and international wealth management clients (internal and external ones)
- strengthen our competence center for client funds and facilitate exchange of best practice with experienced client fund specialists in Switzerland, Luxembourg and APAC
- engage in client fund structure approval, onboarding and review in booking center Switzerland, including support for maintenance of client fund policy framework and related documents
- manage the onboarding and life cycle management of key client relationships and fund management companies, plan and lead review meetings to maintain relationships with clients and their third-party partners, e.g. Fund Management Companies, Asset Managers and Family Offices
- participate and represent Asset Servicing in internal and external platforms

**Your team**
- You would become part of the Asset Servicing Team in the center of Zurich. This team currently consists of six people and serves clients as product relationship managers across all Wealth Management markets and Corporate & Institutional Clients of UBS. The team closely works together with teams for sales & acquisition and support functions for market development and onboarding.

**Your expertise**
- a seasoned and credible professional with Client Fund Structure experience and / or experience as a manager and advisor in the Fund Industry
- strong analytical skills and ability to assess structures and to drive and implement projects
- ability to handle complex clients and client structures, delivering against tight deadlines, whilst maintaining the highest level of standards and quality
- a strong team player, with the ability to communicate at multiple levels (including Senior Management) across multiple divisions and various regions, representing UBS Asset Servicing
- good knowledge of Fund Industry and Global Custody are a prerequisite
- knowledge of controlling and/or securities legal are considered a strong plus
- project management experience/skills
- fluent in English and German; French is a plus
