**Your responsibility**
- Build out and management of the middle office team, servicing the swiss and global market units of Helvetia's group
- Oversight & management of the following activities:

- Positions & Cash reconciliation in the Portfolio Management System
- Trade execution oversight, confirmation, and settlement across multiple suppliers
- Derivatives administration
- Allocations delivery, hedging oversight & FX instructions
- Co-ordination of new instrument set up by another team
- Liquidity oversight (2nd line of defense) & issue resolution
- Corporate actions management & instructions
- NAV control & Transfer Agent Flows following & monitoring
- Ensure Helvetia and third-party clients receive excellent operational service and support
- Ensuring the training and support of new team members and more broadly “support role” for team members

**Your qualification**
- Bachelor or master's in finance or Business related
- 5+ years' experience in management operations in an insurance/bank/asset owner environment
- Good knowledge of operations in Asset Management: relationship with actors, in particular the custodian and the fund administrator, orders routing, fund accounting process
- Excellent ability to understand, assess and manage risks issues
- Previous Middle Office / Fund Accounting or Fund Administration experience preferrable
- Previous work experience with BlackRock Aladdin, SAP TRM, TriOptima, Traiana, Omgeo CTM/Alert is a strong asset
- Knowledge / experience with equities, primary & secondary market fixed income, OTC & ETDs (alternative investment), funds and direct alternative investments would be beneficial
- Analytical and strong problem-solving capabilities
- English required, German language is an asset, any other European language is a plus
- Work eligibility for a full-time position in Switzerland is required
