Responsibilities:

  • Overall responsibility for the office IT infrastructure and digital workplaces
  • Administration, configuration and further development of Microsoft 365 / Office 365
  • Ensuring IT security, compliance and data protection (e.g. MFA, conditional access, DLP)
  • Planning and implementation of IT standards, policies and best practices
  • Training and enabling employees in the use of Microsoft 365

Requirements:

  • 5 years professional experience in a comparable role
  • Degree or vocational training in
    IT / Computer Science
    or equivalent qualification
  • Several years of experience as a
    Microsoft 365 / Office 365 Administrator
  • Strong knowledge of: Microsoft 365 administration, Azure AD / Entra ID, Windows clients Management (Intune)
  • Solid understanding of IT security, identity management, and compliance
  • Structured, independent, and solution-oriented working style
  • Strong communication skills and service mindset
  • Fluent in English; German is a plus
