Associate US-Tax und Reporting / Funds

Aufgaben

Mitarbeit bei der Tax Compliance und des Tax Reportings für Fonds / Mitarbeit bei den US-Steuererklärungen, den Einkommenssteuern für die Investments / Zusammenarbeit mit externen Kanzleien und Service Providern und Koordination dieser Dienstleister / Mitarbeit beim Steuer-Reporting an die Investoren / Mitarbeit bezüglich Tax Compliance (FATCA/CRS, AIA) / Monitoring der Tax Prozesse und Kontrollen / Pflege der Datenbanken / Monitoring der nationalen und internationalen Steuervorschriften / Beurteilung der Änderungen bei den Steuervorschriften mit Bezug zu Fondsprodukten / Implementierung neuer Steuervorschriften / Schulungen / Weiterentwicklung der Abteilung (Prozesse und Systeme)/ Ad hoc Projekte.

Qualifikation

Master oder Bachelor - in Betriebswirtschaft mit Schwerpunkt Finanz
- oder Rechnungswesen / Weiterbildung in Tax von Vorteil / Erfahrung im Bereich international Tax mit Bezug zu Fonds und Fondsstrukturierung / Berufserfahrung mit FATCA, AIA, Quellensteuern sowie Mehrwertsteuern / Erfahrung mit Tax-Reporting für die Investoren / Teamfähigkeit / Selbständiges und exaktes Arbeiten / Zuverlässigkeit / Verantwortungsbewusstsein / Vertraut mit den MS-Office-Programmen inkl. Excel / Deutsch und Englisch.
