Client Relationship Manager

A dynamic Private Bank based in Basel is looking for their new Relationship Manager.
- Maintain and further develop relationships with existing EAMs and Family Offices
- Develop tailored solutions and processes that meet the expectations and objectives of EAM partners
- Provide research, investment ideas, and portfolio solutions
- Promote the services and capabilities offered by the institution
- Ensure compliance with internal and external regulations (FATCA, AML, MiFID, etc.)
- Prepare and coordinate client meetings and events
- Manage retrocessions and related commission structures
- Respond to client inquiries by email and phone
- Control, execute, and monitor client instructions (payments, securities transactions, static data updates, etc.)
- Monitor credit lines, investment maturities, and administrative processes
Your Profile
- University degree in Finance, Economics, or equivalent banking education
- 5–10 years of relevant experience in the financial services industry
- Excellent command of Microsoft Office; knowledge of Avaloq or similar systems is an advantage
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to prioritize and resolve problems effectively, with strong analytical and organizational skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to perform under pressure
- High level of integrity, accountability, and professional ethics
- Fluency in German and English
