**Job Contents - **We are looking for **_an experienced Client Onboarding Manager _** on behalf of our client **_based in Pfaffikon, Switzerland._**

- Responsibility for client onboarding of mandates and funds in Liquid Markets (i.e. multi-asset, sustainable equity and fixed income, liquid alternatives);
- The client onboarding requires close interaction with our colleagues of the international business development team and their institutional clients, distribution partners and platforms to ensure an outstanding client experience;
- Close collaboration with internal stakeholders such as business development, investment operations, structuring and service providers to deliver a successful onboarding;
- Go-to person for our business development team for client requests and proactive management of these requests.

**Requirements**:

- **University degree** or **equivalent in business administration**;
- **At least three years working experience** in **client onboarding role** in **asset management** or **fund administration**;
- Competence in Liquid Market products;
- Strong client focus;
- Experience in project management and willingness to take ownership and ability to deal with multiple stakeholders;
- **Very good command of German** and **English as must** (_additional languages a plus_);
- Hands-on approach and proven team player.
