**Your mission**:
We are seeking a highly motivated Clinical Program Manager to lead complex client programs involving the use of the Healios Platform in Distributed Clinical Trials (DCTs).

As the Clinical Program Manager, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of the program, which includes patient cohort management, technical solution setup, and management.

**Responsibilities**
**Program Management**
- Program planning and tracking following the policies and procedures of the company Quality Management System
- Program design
- Resource analysis
- Requirements collection and write-up
- Regular client updating and problem-solving
- Anticipation of risks, and delays and proactively proposing solutions

**Client Management**
- Collecting client feedback proactively
- Develop and implement mechanisms to gather client feedback on the use of the Healios Platform
- Reporting and discussing with product teams and designers/architects
- Proactively managed training design for clients and onboarding, optimize support processes
- Solving issues

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Master's degree in programmes/project management or in a related field
- English C1
- Strong understanding of Distributed Clinical Trials and the use of the Healios Platform
- Ability to manage complex programs and drive successful outcomes
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge or experience of ISO14155 Good Clinical Practice for operating clinical trials would be a bonus.
