Do you want to proactively go the extra mile with us to help our sophisticated wealth management clients? - We’re looking for a client account manager to: - support our clients and assist our advisors in delivering exceptional client service and experience - act as point-of-entry contact concerning a wide range of queries relating to topics such as accounts, stock orders, payments, etc. - provide bespoke client education sessions of our digital banking capabilities - research, follow-up and resolve client enquiries through effective and efficient interaction with clients, and internal partners in a structured and professional manner - keep accurate and up-to-date client documentation related to risk, compliance and regulations - contribute to ongoing improvements of services and processes to maximize client satisfaction - embrace change and value a strong collaboration amongst colleagues - are motivated to acquire and share knowledge with colleagues and beyond **Your team** - You’ll be working in the Global Wealth Management Front Support Office team in Basel. As a client account manager you'll play an important role in our delivery of bespoke client services.
