The position holders’ key objectives is to continuously improve service development, service delivery performance and customer experience in alignment with the company's technology strategy, the transformation roadmap as well as expected service quality and customer experience.

Your tasks
- Develop and execute SRT’s platform and technology strategy, based on your broad expertise and experiences
- Lead a team of SAP basis professionals and system engineers and foster a collaborative and efficient work environment internally and with external partners
- Facilitate with the internal and external engineers architecture and technology decisions, solution and service designs, under direction of the enterprise architecture team
- Steer the solution development, testing and deployment process of external providers and coordinate with internal SIAM Manager service delivery and integration
- Steer and govern the platform service portfolio and vendor performance

**Profile**:

- Bachelor's degree in IT science
- Proven experiences in leading teams and developing organizations and processes
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in system landscape and operation management in an outsourced environment (SAP is a must, Windows)
- Applied expertise and experiences in SAP Basis technologies and system engineering (HANA, BTP, ALM)
- Strong knowledge of best practices in IT operations and IT service management (ITIL, SIAM)
- Project management experience, with the ability to lead and drive implementation projects and other initiatives
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels, co-workers and external partners
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills in order to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions
- Flexible and resilient personality, with the ability to keep focus and priorities
