**Job Description**:
This is a managerial role leading a dynamic & young team looking to deliver efficient and high-quality service. The immigration team’s mission and ambition are to provide best in-class customer support to clients, employees and internal stakeholders.
**Role**
- You will take responsibility for complex immigration cases and manage a team leading multiple business immigration engagements to deliver to our clients;
- You ensure that clients, employees and internal stakeholders consistently receive high-quality and emotionally intelligent support;
- You stay abreast of changes in immigration law, regulation and policy and provide timely advice to companies, employees and colleagues on changes in immigration regulations, laws and impacts thereof;
- You are in direct contact and will work independently but closely with global mobility teams, HR departments and employees and support them in various issues relating to immigration;
- You use your communication skills optimally in discussions and correspondence to manage and develop relationships with customers, authorities and colleagues;
- You develop, participate in and implement projects and initiatives to streamline service delivery whilst managing clients’ business needs and mitigating immigration risks;
- You analytically drive the metrics used to evaluate the immigration team’s performance, including speed, quality, and thoroughness to meet objectives and deliver with efficiency;
- You use technology and digital initiatives to enhance the client experience;
- You demonstrate a management style that encourages participation and ownership, along with a continuous focus on action, customer satisfaction, and personnel satisfaction;
- You develop new skills outside of your comfort zone and provide regular trainings;
- You coach, counsel, and develop team members to position them for success.
**Qualifications**:
- You have a bachelor's or master's degree in law or a closely related field;
- You have at least 4-5 years of Swiss business immigration experience;
- You have already gained initial experience in leading employees;
- You have an interest in upskilling for a digital world, an openness to learning new tools and adapting how you work;
- You are client service focused, responsive and have a “can-do” open-minded attitude and approach;
- You are pragmatic, communicative and capable of multi-tasking and keep a cool head under pressure;
- You can smartly balance time and prioritize between day-to-day operations and projects;
- You have commitment to diversity, cultural competence and ability to coach/mentor diverse staff;
- You speak native Swiss-german or French, and you are fluent in English.
