Your contribution to KPMG

Lead day-to-day operations on assigned international client accounts to guarantee a smooth client experience
Be the go-to person for our Consultants and Senior Consultants and ensure proper overview on the accounts and take ownership of quality control regarding core compliance work.
Work closely together with colleagues of our global immigration network as well as with our tax, social security and payroll teams
Support the team in steadily developing our service delivery model to the ever-changing business and client needs
Assist with the client account management, setup and use of case management technology, invoicing, reporting and quality reviews
Proactively monitor client needs and trends and consider their impact on our business
Support the management with regard to Thought Leadership and Business Development

This is what makes you successful

At least 5 years of work experience in providing immigration services in the consulting industry or in an in-house mobility function
Commercial apprenticeship or a Bachelor's or Master's degree
Proven record in supervision and management of immigration client accounts
Proficient German and English. French and/or Italian preferable
High service orientation as well as resilient and reliable personality with a structured, quality-oriented and independent working style
Team player with a modern mindset and a can do attitude who does not hesitate to go the extra mile for clients and colleagues
