Your mission at Climeworks is to lead the strategy development and implementation of Climeworks fast growing Professional Services spend category.
- You oversee and manage procurement activities for Indirect Spending/Services, ensuring optimal sourcing and cost-efficiency.
- You develop and implement strategic sourcing strategies for categories including Professional Services and Contractors/Temporary Workforce.
- You conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities and risks.
- You foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and ensure alignment with procurement strategies and policies.
- You negotiate contracts with suppliers, ensuring favorable terms and compliance with company policies.
- You manage key supplier relationships to ensure suppliers optimal performance.
- You hold a university degree in Business or a related field.
- You bring at least 5 years of Strategic Procurement experience in relevant industries/categories. Ideally you also gathered experience in large corporate environments.
- You possess deep contractual knowledge and exhibit profound negotiation skills.
- You demonstrate sound analytic and methodical skills.
- You are open-minded and have a hands-on approach.
- You are business fluent in English and German and your excellent communication skills set you apart.
