**Supply Manager - Sourcing Professional Services**

Experis is currently supporting our client, an independent company within procurement in their search for a Sourcing Expert. You have proofed business development experience with focus in professional services. You want to support the global market in more than 20 countries and be able to work in any European Office, read on and secure your chance to work for this leading company.

**Duration**: Contract or Permanent

**What you will do**:

- Consult and support Business Partners on all matters relating to the Sourcing of Professional Services.
- Help develop and execute procurement strategies in a high spend and highly visible category
- Lead the implementation of tender initiatives and contract negotiation via e-sourcing tools
- Build a close relationship to internal and external Business Partners
- Coordinate commercial, operational, and legal aspects with relevant experts in a cross-functional team
- Collaboration on global procurement strategies and implementation of regional requirements
- Support key stakeholder in the sourcing lifecycle from RFI, RFP, evaluation, drafting, contracting, on-boarding, negotiations etc.
- Take part on special projects in an interdisciplinary team

**Your profile**:

- University degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Supply Chain Management or equal
- +4 years of experience in indirect procurement of Professional Services
- Experience in review, negotiation, and execution of contracts with vendors
- Specific know-how in Sourcing of Consulting, Audit and Tax Services is preferred Understanding of typical risks and contractual mitigation/management
- Experience in senior stakeholder management on all levels
- Expert knowledge of legal aspects in Professional Services contracts
- Knowledge of SAP Ariba, Ivalua, Jaggaer, Archlet is an advantage
- Analytical skills of complex content, figures and interfaces. Able to utilize procurement and financial data
- Proactive, flexible, and client-focused personality with excellent negotiation and communication skills.
