Global Supply Chain, Supply Planning Business

**About** the role**:
**In your role of Global Supply Planning you will be shaping Takeda's supply planning systems strategies while ensuring we remain at the forefront of supply chain excellence.**:
**By ensuring that the system is efficient and user-friendly, you will help teams optimize their planning processes.**:
**You will not only refine and enhance our planning system but also drive its adoption throughout the organization.**:
**Additionally, you will take the lead in rolling out Takeda's SC Planning NorthStar, an initiative that aims to elevate our supply chain planning to even greater heights.**:
**How you will contribute**:

- Ensuring a smooth execution of the Supply Planning process by supporting maintenance teams of softwares and tools.
- Support the administration, execution, controlling and continuous improvement of the existing and to be business processes in the planning systems for Supply Planning.
- Creating and implementing training strategies and providing base business support.
- Collect & align requirements from SC functions for Supply Planning IT systems and align with Takeda IT
- Create and maintain necessary best practice process documentation
- Manage E2E SC Planning processes and systems like SAP IBP, SAP APO PPDS.
- Assess super user adoption, address gaps, and collaborate with IT for solutions.
- Update training materials in response to changes in planning processes.
- Ensure organizational readiness in system-run planning processes.
- Govern the status and plans of the super user community for alignment.
- Prioritize and lead improvements of planning systems and their processes.
- Create roadmaps aligned with the Global Supply Chain vision.
- Lead efforts to identify and transform processes for better agility and responsiveness.
- Collaborate across SC leadership to promote continuous improvement.
- Define control and planning principles for the supply chain.
- Identify and document requirements and impacts for system enhancements.

**What you bring to Takeda**:

- You hold a Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited university preferably with Master in Supply Chain Management or technology / engineering or science / manufacturing systems / operations management or equivalent experience.
- You have a min 5 years of prior relevant experience in Supply Chain Management/Planning preferred and/or equivalent key functions
- You have a conceptual and practical understanding of Supply Chain operations, with emphasis on Planning Systems, Material Management, Inventory Controls or Product Flow. Experiences in operational plant SC and manufacturing processes are beneficial.
- You have project Management experience in a global environment and natural change agent, i.e. experience in driving improvement processes
- Experience in System testing, problem resolution and training.
- Analytically adept at problem-solving, utilizing diverse supply chain data for process enhancement decisions.
- Strong communication skills to manage stakeholders across levels & across functions. Strong ability to present ideas with clarity, conviction and confidence.
- Good leadership, networking and influencing skills.
- Languages: Advanced in English; other languages are beneficial but not a must.
- Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Power Point, Word, Visio, Access).
