- Experience with indirect sourcing for categories like IT, HR, or Marketing
- Used to working independently and working with suppliers all the way to contract negotiations
- Confident in drafting and delivering presentations and reports
- Outgoing personality who has not trouble engaging with the team and internal and external clients
- Fluent in English, any other language is nice but not a must

- Partner with internal teams and Head of Procurement to identify current and future business needs
- Define terms and conditions on how to engage with suppliers and vendors
- Lead RFX's, evaluate, analyze and assess results, document recommendations and effectively communicate results
- Manage, negotiate and implement contracts, then monitor their effectiveness
- Be a trusted partner to suppliers
- Research new potential suppliers, understand market forces and identify innovations to internal stakeholders
- Ensure compliance to all internal policies and external frameworks
