Your tasks
- Develop strong relationship with the cross functional team and suppliers, to be able to support the operational business needs and ensure availability
- Own the tendering process - running supplier biddings, RFI/RFPs & evaluating results for a supplier decision from a TCO (Total Cost of Ownership) concept, together with direct manager
- Negotiate commercial terms and conditions with Suppliers
- Maintain and update ERP system in relation to procurement information
- Monitor suppliers service levels to ensure compliance and uninterrupted availability
- Plan and initiate activities aiming to cost optimization and KPI improvement, according to priorities and targets
- Ensure all activities are conducted within the frame given by internal and external compliance guidelines
- Monitor and track supplier and vendor performance through periodic financial reviews, product performance, customer satisfaction surveys, and customer outreach

**Profile**:

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business administration
- At least 3 - 5 years relevant expertise in IT procurement, preferably in an international environment or complex organisation
- Ideally experience within supply chain environment
- Track record in IT procurement, preferably managing outsourced services
- Experience in S4/HANA is considered a plus
- Good understanding of the market and latest technologies
- Strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills required
- Good project management skills, result and deadline orientated
- Effective interpersonal skills for relationship management and problem solving
- Full professional proficiency in English, proficiency in German preferred
